Michael McFarland

Mayor

As Mayor, Michael McFarland provides leadership and direction for City of Kingston. Working closely with the Council and City Clerk, the Mayor oversees daily operations, promotes community engagement, and ensures that city decisions reflect the needs and goals of local residents.

Public Works Department

Public Works Department

The Public Works Department manages City of Kingston’s water, sewer, and street systems to ensure essential services remain safe, efficient, and reliable for all residents.


City of Kingston’s water is routinely tested to ensure it meets or exceeds state and federal safety standards.

Kingston Police Department

The City of Kingston Police Department is dedicated to protecting the safety and welfare of all residents and visitors. Officers work proactively to prevent crime and support local safety initiatives.


If no officer is on duty and immediate assistance is required, please call  911  or contact the Bartow County Sheriff's Office for support.
